By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Fewe Clean Ltd (“Fewe Clean”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Fewe Clean operates a UK platform that helps customers find, compare, and book cleaning services offered by third-party providers (“Providers”). The Site may display service descriptions, estimated price ranges, availability information, and customer ratings or reviews (including photos where customers choose to share them).

Fewe Clean is not itself a cleaning company and does not perform cleaning services. Providers are independent businesses or individuals. Your contract for cleaning services (including pricing, scope, and service delivery) is between you and the Provider unless stated otherwise during booking.

You agree that you will use the Site lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Scrape, harvest, or automatically collect data from the Site without our written permission
• Attempt to bypass security, interfere with performance, or introduce malware
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Post or submit content (including review photos) that you do not have the right to share

If you submit information through the Site, you agree it will be accurate, up to date, and not misleading.

The Site and its content, features, design, and software are owned by Fewe Clean Ltd or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, solely in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site unless permitted by law or with our written permission.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.

Service descriptions, estimated price ranges, ratings, and reviews are provided for informational purposes. Estimates are guides and not binding quotes. Provider availability and final pricing may vary based on property condition, location, and the Provider’s own policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the paragraph above, Fewe Clean Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for claims arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed £100 in aggregate.

Fewe Clean is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of Providers. Any disputes relating to the performance of cleaning services should be addressed with the Provider in the first instance.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fewe Clean Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Site
• Content you submit through the Site (including reviews or photos)

The Site may refer to third parties, including Providers. Any external links or third-party content are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including cookie choices and advertising disclosures. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

You can review how cookies are handled in our Cookie Policy and manage your choices using the “Manage cookie preferences” option in the site footer.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to the Dispute Resolution section below, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.

If we cannot resolve the issue informally within 30 days of receiving your written notice, either party may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, used the Site unlawfully, or posed a security risk. We may also take steps to protect the Site, users, and Providers.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the homepage at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms.
